    If you like to flow and you like hot classes then you will love Hot Vinyasa. This is a power yoga (vinyasa) class taught in a heated room. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you vinyasa through a variety of postures following your breath.

    A standard, all levels hot class conditioning the body and mind. The heat allows the body to go into postures and positions more freely. Postures are often held longer in order for the heat to penetrate deep into the body.

  • Super Flow

    This intermediate level hot class honors all those yogis who have a passion for flowing. This class is designed to challenge your endurance and cardiovascular system through long sequences of flow repeated several times. Instruction is minimal, so a good understanding of asana is encouraged. Get ready to kick some asana with a playlist of uplifting beats. Come with an open mind and a happy heart.

    This class is a time to align the young and creative minds of our kids with some fun and powerful yogic techniques to focus the mind and build co-ordination. Basic poses are learned in a very playful environment to maintain our natural flexibility and to learn how to enjoy it!

    This is an intermediate level class. This class adds onto the Y2 Power 1 sequence introducing deeper postures, more advanced balancing poses, and inversions.

Please arrive ten minutes early so you can have your yoga mat and mind ready for class. If you need a mat, towel or water, then we can provide these for you to rent or purchase at our front desk.
