aRT OF ASSISTING

ASSIST LIKE YOU MEAN IT.

This is not a hover-nearby-and-hope-for-the-best kind of workshop. This is hands-on, confidence-building, consent-forward assisting that helps students feel stronger, safer, and more supported.

We’ll break down why assists matter, when to use them, and how to touch humans without feeling awkward or apologetic. You’ll learn clear, effective assists for common postures, how to read bodies and energy, and how to adjust with intention instead of ego.

Expect real practice, real feedback, and zero fluff.

You’ll leave with:
• Strong, grounded assists you can trust
• Clear communication and confident consent
• The ability to walk into any room and assist on purpose

If you’ve ever thought, “I want to help, but I don’t want to be weird,” this workshop is for you.

Touch with purpose. Assist with confidence. Shut up and assist.
